"Let him who walks in darkness and has no light trust in the name of the Lord and rely upon his God."
Isaiah 50:10
Times of darkness will come to us as Christians. The darkness is not of sin but of uncertainty. Things will not always be clear to us. Circumstances will arise that bring questions, doubts, and fear to our minds. In darkness, when there is no light, we are encouraged not to be dismayed. We should not lose our footing but continue forward in the Lord.
When we cannot see, we must trust in the name of the Lord. We rely upon God's nature. Confident that He is working all things out for the good of our salvation. God is faithful and kind. He will not forsake you. Though it may appear as if everything is covered in darkness His favor still shines upon you behind the veil. You cannot be separated from His lovingkindness in Christ Jesus. Trust the Lord today and rely upon His nature.
