"It is the Lord who goes before you. He will be with you; he will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed."
Deuteronomy 31:8
Beloved, as you venture out into this day, be reminded that the Lord goes before you. If the Lord is your Shepherd, then He has prepared the way before you. You may walk through the valley of the shadow of death or surrounded by the enemy. But be not dismayed.
The Lord will not leave you in the dark valley. He will set a table before you when the enemy comes against you. The Lord will anoint your head with oil by the Holy Spirit. Christ will provide green pastures for you to feed upon through His promises.
His word will nourish and strengthen your spirit. The Shepherd has laid down His life for you. So you can be sure that He will never leave or forsake you. Take heart, for God is with you.
