Romans 8:31

What causes the Lord to stay? We are often fickle. We struggle and doubt. The Lord remains faithful, never forsaking us. Though others have come and gone in life, the Lord is there. Steadfast, with unceasing kindness, and ever-present to help.

It is nothing we have done or earned. It is because God has chosen us in Christ. God has set His love upon us. God redeemed us and made us His own, a people called by His name. Beloved, there is nothing that can separate you from the love of God. He is with you and for you today. Be not afraid, for the Lord will carry you through.
