"If anyone is thirsts, let him come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, 'Out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.'"
John 7:37-38
In this rest and current heat wave, there have been numerous heat warnings nationwide. We have been told how to stay safe during this heat wave and the importance of hydration. These warnings are posted daily as reminders to every one region by region.
May we as Christians take this invitation from our Lord daily and may God grant us the opportunity to share with others the Gospel. Every day we need this river of living water in our hearts. There is not a person alive who can live without water. Likewise, no one can please the Father unless the Spirit of God is living in them. You must be born again.
If you are thirsty today, come to Jesus. He will fill your heart with living water so you never thirst again.
