Look to the Lord | April 17th

"But as for me, I will look to the Lord; I will wait for the God of my salvation; my God will hear me."

Micah 7:7

The confidence you have in waiting for God is that He is the Lord of salvation, and He hears you. Salvation belongs to the Lord. He has redeemed us and continues to keep us. Our cries do not fall on deaf ears but are received by the omniscient one.

You can wait confidently upon the Lord. Trust Him for help, provision, and guidance. As you commit yourself to the Lord, there is assurance of His abiding peace for the day. There is hope because of His providence and divine workings in your life.

There is no greater assurance for your life than trusting in God. The Lord knows the number of your days and what is within them. Mercy and goodness will follow you all the days of your life if Christ is your Shepherd. Look to the Lord.

In Christ Alone,

Pastor Wight
