The Tide is Turning | April 1st

"The sea looked and fled; Jordan turned back. What ails you, O sea, that you flee? O Jordan, that you turn back?"

Psalm 114:3, 5

What ailed the Red Sea? What caused the Jordan River to turn back? The God of creation. The sea and river convulsed to the presence of God amid His people.

Creation complied with God's direction for the will of His people. Nothing is impossible for God, and we should trust that He is working all things for the good of our salvation.

As the Lord delivered the people of Israel, so shall He be with you today. There is nothing in this world that can separate you from His lovingkindness. Sorrow and sighing shall flee away. The trials of the day and what seems against you will be turned back. The Lord is with you and will not forsake you.
