It is easy to become self-absorbed in our problems and own little world. Human nature tends to focus on the self and the preservation of self. Crucifying the flesh is a difficult thing to do. We need the power of the Holy Spirit to do so and to have our hearts regenerated by Him. We must be born again.
With the Spirit's help, let us ask God to fill us with His love for others. With God's grace outdo one another in showing honor, compassion, and kindness. He will bless and empower such a desire to be a blessing to others. Seek God and the opportunity today to show His love to someone else. In this, we will be doing the will of God.
