Valiantly | Feb. 7th

"With God we shall do valiantly; it is he who shall tread down our foes."

Psalm 108:13

The battle belongs to the Lord. The pilgrim of the Lord can become weary with travel. The path is arduous at times. We have an adversary from without and temptations from within. The warfare is against principalities and wicked powers in high places. This battle cannot be won in our strength.

Thankfully we are called to be strong in the Lord and the power of His might. He has supplied the armor and assured the victory in Christ. We may struggle along the way and falter. God will remain the same and will finish the good work He has begun in us. The Lord will enable us to prevail, overcoming all things by his power and grace.

Take heart today. Do not become weary in well doing. God is with you and with Him, you shall do valiantly.

In Christ Alone.
